Bart served as the Tactical Communications Director and Audio-Visual Director for the US Army School. Specializations: Motion Picture and Still Photography

He has experience planning for multimillion-dollar Reserve Training programs. GS – 12 responsible for all Reserve Soldiers in California, Arizona, and Nevada

  • B.S. – Public Relations, Journalism and Photography, Kent State University
  • M.S. – Instructional Technology and Graduate Assistant, Florida State University
  • Effective Negotiations, Management Training, Technical Skills Training, Designing Effective Training Exercises for multi-million-dollar training programs, including Medical Support

Professional Biography: Bart managed early AI programs for aircraft mechanics. He also directed a SPECIAL OLYMPICS program for the Army just before leaving active duty. He saved an Aerospace Corporation significant dollars by ensuring their in-house programs were designed for ease of use by those using the programs

Bart taught recently unemployed supervisors skills and techniques needed to obtain new employment.  

Why Bart is passionate about serving veterans through LWH: “I have had first-hand experience trying to increase my disability payments through the VA, including meeting so many objections that it helped me to get depressed and almost give up.  I look forward to helping others avoid this.”
